Welcome to Production Services

Production Services provides sound, lighting, video, and power support to any event venue location on Virginia Tech's campus. We're equipped with a vast inventory of AV items to deliver professional quality support to any type of event. In addition to fully supporting events around campus, Production offers equipment such as battery powered speakers, TVs, lighting, and more for single or multi-day rentals. Production Services requires all service requests to be made no less than 3 weeks prior to an event. All of our equipment is on a first come, first serve basis so we encourage you to submit a request form as early as you can. All organizations requesting AV support from Production Services must have a confirmed venue reservation prior to submitting a request for AV support.
