Welcome To Event Services
The Event Services Office (ESO) within Student Engagement and Campus Life supports the Virginia Tech mission by helping Hokies reserve campus spaces and providing support to plan successful events in those spaces. ESO manages reservations for: Squires Student Center, Johnston Student Center, Burruss Hall Auditorium, the Graduate Life Center, and various outdoor locations. In addition, ESO manages requests for advertising locations, such as banners, A-Frame display spots, and display cases inside Squires Student Center.
Advance Reservations Announcement
Event Services is excited to announce Advance Reservations for the 2025-2026 Academic Year! Requests will be accepted from 8 a.m. on February 10 through February 16, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. for events occurring August 1, 2025, through July 31, 2026.
