Starting Summer and Fall Semester 2026, Event Services will begin reserving General Assignment Classrooms for non-curricular reservations for all Student Organizations and Faculty/Staff.
These requests will no longer be submitted via HokieSpa. For more information, please review our General Assignment Classroom Guidelines.
Welcome To Event Services
The Event Services Office (ESO) within Student Engagement and Campus Life supports the Virginia Tech mission by helping Hokies reserve campus spaces and providing support to plan successful events in those spaces. ESO manages reservations for: Squires Student Center, Johnston Student Center, Burruss Hall Auditorium, the Graduate Life Center, and various outdoor locations. In addition, ESO manages requests for advertising locations, such as banners, A-Frame display spots, and display cases inside Squires Student Center.
