Squires Student Center has two new bulletin boards ready for you! Located across from Commonwealth Ballroom, the bulletin boards are in a prime spot for advertising on-campus. Remember to bring any flyers (11 x 17 or smaller) to the Squires Welcome Desk for the stamp of approval.

MANDATORY Annual Student Organization Registration
In order to register for the 2018-2019 academic year your student organization must complete the five steps of registration.
Step One: RSVP for one registration training. Daily trainings start March 19 and end May 3. You must RSVP to save your spot, space is LIMITED! RSVP
Step Two: After you RSVP complete a brief Pre-Attendance Form on GobblerConnect. Please complete this form BEFORE attending a registration session.
Step Three: Arrive on time for the registration training. Registration trainings are approximately one hour long so please plan accordingly. If you arrive AFTER 10 minutes or leave with more than 10 minutes remaining, your attendance will not count towards your organization’s registration.*NO TECHNOLOGY ALLOWED.*
Step Four: Set aside 25 minutes to register your organization on GobblerConnect. Only 2018-2019 incoming leaders or retuning members can submit an organization’s 2018-2019 registration packet. Advisors, graduating students, outgoing leadership, and community members CANNOT submit this information.
Step Five: You will NOT be automatically approved after submitting your registration packet. Student Engagement and Campus Life (SECL) will contact you via GobblerConnect to let you know if your submission is approved or denied. Be sure to update your GobblerConnect notification settings!
