  • Budget Board Dates and Information
  • Hokie Helpers Need Help!

Gobblerfest is coming: Friday, September 6th from 4-7 pm on the Drillfield!

If you have signed up to participate, you will receive more information about check-in and day-of logistics during the first week of classes.

Just like last year, we’ll be offering a special promotion during the weeks leading up to Gobblerfest in the form of our Gobblerfest Kits. This year, the kit will include a trifold board, a 6-foot piece of banner paper, 15 buttons of any size and a 3 balloon bundle for just 500 points.

Give back to the Hokie community by becoming a Hokie Helper!

Hokie Helpers assist new students and their families with moving into the residence halls by carrying items, answering questions and offering a welcoming smile. We’d love to see your student organization participate!

Head over to the Hokie Helper website for more information and to sign up. There are opportunities to sign up between 8 am- 5 pm on Wednesday- Friday, August 21-23, 2019. Please sign up to volunteer by August 14th!

Use the group registration process to sign your organization up to participate as volunteers. The first 15 student organizations with at least three members participating will qualify for their choice of one of the following rewards as an expression of our gratitude:

  • A printed organization banner from Hokie Print (an over $70 value)
  • A free pizza party in The Source after-hours for members to work on projects
